Ocean Swimming Training

Ocean Swimming Training sessions coached by Anna-Lee will be held throughout the Season.

Meet at the Club on the beach in front of the Patrol Tower.

These sessions are intended to be in a sea breeze at the start and build skills and confidence for ocean swimming in more challenging environments. Always the chance of a glass-off too, so you never know!

Preliminary dates are:

• Saturday 01 November 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

• Saturday 22 November 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

• Saturday 13 December 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

• Saturday 10 January 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

• Friday 13 February 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

• Friday 27 March 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
