Dear Member,
The Management Committee of Swanbourne Nedlands Surf Life Saving Club (SNSLSC) has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Sunday 16 November at 2:30 pm in the Rampant Swan Bar.
The SGM has been called for the purpose of considering amendments to SNSLSC's Constitution.
The attached Explanatory Memorandum:
sets out the Resolution that will be put forward for a vote and the requirements for a vote to pass;
summarises the material changes to the Constitution; and
includes a copy of the proposed Constitution.
The SGM is expected to take around 30 minutes and we encourage you to attend to have your say.
The bar will be open afterwards.
