Session held in the gym for Swanny members, lead by an instructor from our sponsor Chris Wilson Fitness Studio.
A full-body sweat that involves compound movements, plyometric exercises and scientific based workouts. Challenge your athleticism and improve your fitness with this all-round practice. Expect a combination of strength work and a conditioning block.
