Swanny Chilli-fest '25 year old leftovers

Chilli-fest returns for another year of spicy deliciousness to heat up your winter days.

Fancy yourself as a bit of sultan of spice? Captain of chilli? Head honcho of all things hot? Whip something up to impress our judges.

You can cook what ever you like, Sweet or savoury, last time we had everything from traditional Texan chilli's, Grim mice (stuffed Carolina Reapers...), spicy pizza, brownies - as long as it's got a bit of anything goes!

Aim to make enough for about 4 main meals, so there is plenty to go around.

To ensure we have an even balance of Sweet, Savoury and Hot AF this year, we'll put a poll out requesting you to nominate your style (you can enter in multiple categories).

Awards will be decided on the following categories:

There will be prizes for all award category winners!

Not much of a cook? Just come down and enjoy all the chilli meals you can handle! The Rampant Swan Bar will be open to cool the fire in your taste buds. If you're not keen on spice, just come down for a delicious beverage, great company and amazing views.

$5 entry fee if you aren't cooking a meal, free if you are!

Judging will kick off around 2:30 pm, so be punctual!

Come with an empty stomach, a sweat towel and a planned ‘safe place’ for the morning after...
