Service Description
Expressions of Interest – Silver Medallion Patrol Captain (SMPC) Course co-hosted by Fremantle and Coogee Surf Life Saving Clubs - only 4 spots available! The course will run across three sessions (candidates must attend all three sessions): Wednesday 10th December (6pm-9pm) Thursday 11th December (6pm-9pm) Sunday 14th December (All Day) This is the next step for current Patrol Captains, Vice Captains, and experienced Bronze members looking to formalise or move into a leadership role. This nationally recognised award builds the skills and knowledge required to lead patrol teams, manage beach operations, assess risk, and respond effectively to incidents. Whether you’re already leading or preparing to take the next step, this course will enhance your decision-making and leadership on the beach. Prerequisites: - Minimum age of 17 - Current Bronze Medallion holder - At least one full season of patrol experience
