Surf Life Saving Australia is pleased to announce the 22 participants selected for the 2026 National Leadership College (NLC) to be held at the YHA Sydney from 1 to 7 February 2026.
The annual program is dedicated to cultivating leadership skills and fostering the development of young leaders within the Surf Life Saving movement, aged between 20 and 30 years. Participants will engage with like-minded individuals who share a passion for making a meaningful impact within the movement.
The NLC is designed to challenge participants intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. The week-long intensive program provides an opportunity for members to enhance their leadership skills to contribute to the overall success of Surf Life Saving.
The program includes keynote speakers, elective sessions, activities, and challenges relating to key leadership themes.
