Congratulations to Swannys newest IRB drivers!

Over the course of 12 weeks, 7 of our Members put the winter swells to good use and passed their assessment at Leighton Beach in challenging (and very weedy) conditions!

A massive thank you to all Trainers and Assessors, and a big well done to our new Drivers, looking forward to you patrolling our beaches from the water this summer.

This group has been braving the winter weekends to learn how to safely operate the IRBs in our famous shore dump and perform rescues – and all are now qualified IRB drivers.
