Learn 2 Lead Program

Introducing the new Learn 2 Lead Program, a two-year, club-led mentoring program designed for members aged 18 – 30 who are interested in pursuing leadership roles within their Club.

Kicking off in August 2026 with the Learn 2 Lead Camp, the program will see participants mentored throughout year one before taking on an official leadership position at their Club in year two.

Highly recommended for any member interested in attending the SLSA National Leadership College (NLC) or Masterclass, priority will be given to members who have participated or are participating in the Learn 2 Lead Program.
