Presidents’ Cup Results Season 2025/26

Updated: Dec 15, 2025

Congratulations to Stirling Stilwell who is the winner* of the Presidents’ Cup for Season 2025/26, in a close finish just 5 seconds in front of Kristie Orchard, with Cath Fitzhardinge a further 12 seconds behind. Last season Stirling was third in the Presidents’ Cup and this is his first Perpetual Trophy.

18 competitors contested the Presidents’ Cup, with 13 finishing within a minute of each other. The field came together on the approach to the final turning buoy, providing a thrilling spectacle for those watching onshore. Thanks to Peter Weston, Soph Gallagher and Jack Rigby (on the RWC) for providing water safety and to Timothy Tucak for timekeeping. From various swimmers fitness apps, the distance was very close to 800 metres. Fastest time was Stirling Stilwell, who was equal back marker with Michelle. The pre-race consternation over Tom Peebles (last season's winner) handicap was all for nothing as Tom was completing his beach Skills Maintenance and didn't swim. Conditions were perfect for swimming with clear calm water on a warm Sunday morning.
