It’s that time of year again and we are going to have rowing trials for surf boat rowing.

The plan is to have a crew go to Aussies next season, so if you’re up to the challenge, come down and have a go.

The Rowing Trial Test

Rowing ergo - 3 x 500 m

At 24 strokes/minute

With 1 minute rest between each 500 m row.

Yes, it will hurt, but that’s half the fun.
