Swanny Patrol Surveys 2025/2026

Hi All,
As we gear up for Season 2025/2026, we are beginning to put together the Patrol Roster for the Season. It is anticipated the draft Patrol Roster will be released in late September. The first patrol is Saturday 18 October 2025.
To assist us with putting together the 2025/2026 Patrol Roster can you please:
Ensure that if you want to be put on the Patrol Roster, that you are a Financial Member of the Club by 12 August and if you were on last year's Patrol Roster and are not planning on returning, please let us know at patrol@swannysurfclub.org.au.
Fill out the questionnaires below as relevant to you:
This season, we’re introducing new benefits for PCs and VCs, including a free patrol trucker cap and the launch of a PC/VC social dinner at the Rampant Swan. Fill out this survey if you were a Patrol Captain, Vice Captain or Junior Patrol Captain last season or if you would like to nominate for one of these roles. You can also fill it out if you are interested in finding out more about Patrol Captain roles or the Silver Medallion Patrol Captains award.
Fill out this survey if you would like to nominate for reduced patrol obligations due to parental obligations. Additionally, fill this out if multiple members of your family are patrolling members and you would like to request specific patrol arrangements (on the same or different patrols, etc).
Note that all requests are subject to Management Committee approval. Anyone seeking parental leave or family patrol arrangements must submit a new application each season.
Fill out this survey if you are a Life or Long Service Member who would like to be placed on the Patrol Roster. We definitely welcome your experience and ongoing contribution. Note that Life and Long Service Members who commit to the Patrol Roster are expected to organise swaps as per all other patrolling members if they cannot make a patrol.

If you wish to apply for a patrol exemption entirely (valid reasons only), please email us at patrol@swannysurfclub.org.au.
Note that all requests are subject to Management Committee approval.
